Do you reply on weekends?
Yes — real estate doesn't take weekends off and neither do we. Response times are usually a few hours during business days, longer on weekends.
I'm not in San Diego yet. Can we still talk?
Yes. We work with out-of-state buyers and sellers all the time. A first call by phone or video gets us started.
What information should I have ready for the first call?
If you're buying: rough timeline, budget range, and where you're moving from. If you're selling: address, when you'd want to close, and anything we should know about the property. None of it has to be exact — we'll fill in the gaps.
